Blueberry Muffins II

    Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 cup blueberries
    1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda,
    cinnamon and salt.  With pastry blender, cut in
    butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    In small bowl, stir yogurt.  Blend in eggs and
    vanilla.  Pour all at once into flour mixture.  Stir until
    flour mixture is just moistened.  Dust blueberries
    with flour.  Fold blueberries into mixture.  Fill muffin
    cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden
    brown.
