Melt the butter, then sauté the garlic, chopped onion and bell pepper in a large skillet . 2. Add the chipped chopped ham. Cook slowly, stirring often until the pieces of ham are well separated and the onions and peppers are thoroughly mixed in with the ham. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Let simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally. |
