    Rattlesnake

    Ingredients

    2 oz. rye whiskey
    1/2 oz. Pernod
    juice of half a lemon
    1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
    1 egg white

    Directions

    Shake with cracked ice until frothy then strain into
    a chilled cocktail glass.
