    Manhattan

    Ingredients

    3 oz. rye or bourbon
    1 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
    2 dashes of Angostura bitters
    Maraschino cherry

    Directions

    Stir ingredients with ice cubes in a mixing glass
    and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Decorate
    with a maraschino cherry.
