| Ingredients : 2 small cucumbers, peeled & seeded & diced 1 1/4 cups yogurt 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lemon, juice of 4 garlic clove, minced 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped white pepper salt Directions 1. Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a bowl. 2. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. 3. Blend yogurt mixture with a whip until smooth. 4. Dry cucumbers by patting with paper towels. 5.Add Cucumbers and dill to yogurt mixture. 6.Salt and pepper to taste. |
