    Zombie

    Ingredients

    1 oz. unsweetend pineapple juice
    juice of 1 lime
    juice of small orange
    1 tsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 oz. apricot brandy
    2 1/2 oz. light or dark rum
    1 oz. Jamaica rum
    1/2 cup crushed ice
    pineapple spear, green and red cherry
    1/2 oz. 151 Bacardi rum
    fresh mint

    Directions

    Blend juices, sugar, brandy, rums (not 151) and
    ice in electric blender on low speed.  Strain into
    frosted zombie glass.  Decorate with fruit.  Float
    151 proof rum on top of drink.  Add mint and serve
    with a straw.
