    Tropical Delight

    Ingredients

    3/4 oz. Instant bar mix
    1 oz. orange juice
    3/4 oz. light rum
    1/4 oz. dark rum
    1/4 oz. brandy
    pineapple cube and a cherry
    sprig of mint

    Directions

    Fill old-fashioned glass with cracked ice.  Add
    lemon juice, orange juice, rum and brandy.  
    Garnish with the fruit on a toothpick and a sprig of
    mint.
