    Frozen Daiquiri

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 oz. Instant bar mix
    2 oz. light rum
    6 ice cubes

    Directions

    Blend bar mix, ice cubes and rum in electric
    blender until slushy.  Pour into stemmed cocktail
    glass or on-the-rocks in an old-fashioned glass.
    Serve with short straws.
