    Caribe Cocktail

    Ingredients

    3/4 oz. Instant bar mix
    1 oz. pineapple juice
    1 1/2 oz. light rum

    Directions

    Pour juice, then rum over crushed ice in an old-
    fashioned glass.  Stir and serve.
