    Polish Mistakes

    Ingredients

    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
    Cocktail rye bread

    Directions

    Brown sausage and beef (not crunchy) in heavy
    skillet.  Drain excess grease.  Add cheese cubes
    and stir till melted.  Spoon on party rye slices.  
    Brown under broiler.
