    Gin and Tonic

    Ingredients

    2 oz. gin
    tonic
    quartered lime

    Directions

    Pour gin into a tall or old-fashioned glass with ice.  
    Add tonic and stir gently.  Squeeze lime into glass
    and drop rind in.
