    Mocha Fondue  

    Ingredients

    8 oz. milk chocolate
    3/4 cup cream
    1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
    1 tablespoon tia maria, optional
    fresh fruit, angelfood cake for dipping

    Directions

    Grate chocolate and mix with coffee powder.  Put
    cream in fondue pot, add chocolate/coffee mixture
    and blend.  Heat gently, stirring until smooth and
    melted.  Add tia maria, if desired, and blend.
    Serve with fresh fruit, cake and biscuits (see
    introduction).
