    Milk
    Chocolate
    Fondue  

    Ingredients

    8 oz. milk chocolate
    1/2 cup cream
    2 tablespoon kirsh
    fresh fruit, angelfood cake for dipping

    Directions

    Grate chocolate, place in fondue pot with cream
    and honey.  Heat gently, stirring, until smooth and
    melted.
    Stir in almonds.
    Serve with fresh fruit, cake and biscuits (see
    introduction).
    French bread cut into 1-inch cubes.
