    Lobster Fondue

    Ingredients

    1oz. butter
    2 oz. mushrooms, roughly chopped
    1 lb. lobster meat, cubed
    4 tablespoons sherry
    salt, cayenne pepper, paprika pepper
    3 egg yolks
    1 cup cream
    French bread for serving

    Directions

    Melt butter in fondue pot, fry mushrooms gently
    until cooked.  Add the cubed lobster, sherry and
    seasoning.  Beat egg yolks, then stir in cream.  
    Blend this mixture with the other ingredients.  Stir
    until smooth.
    Serve with French bread cut into 1-inch cubes.
