    Fruit Cream Fondue  

    Ingredients

    1 cup cream
    3/4 cup fruit puree (stawberry, raspberry, black currant
    or cooked apricots)
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon cornflour
    angelfood cake for dipping

    Directions

    Blend all ingredients together in fondue pot.  Heat,
    stirring until smooth and thickened.
    Serve with cake or anglefood cake.
