    Creamy Cheese
    Fondue

    Ingredients

    2/3 cup dry white wine or apple juice
    2 cups shredded American cheese
    1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
    1  3 oz. package cream cheese with chives, softened
    French bread, fruit wedges or vegetables for serving

    Directions

    In a medium saucepan heat wine or juice just till
    bubbling.  Add American cheese and mustard, stirring
    till smooth and bubbly.  Stir in cream chese; cook and
    stir over low heat until smooth.  Transfer mixture to a
    fondue pot.  If desired, keep cheese mixture warm over
    a fondue burner.
    Serve with bread cubes, fruit and vegetables.
