Mock Liver Pate Ingredients 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. liverwurst 1 tsp. garlic salt 3/4 tsp. basil 3 T. minced onion 4 oz. softened cream cheese Chopped parsley or chopped nuts Directions Mash liverwurst with fork. Mix in garlic salt, basil and onion. Flatten bottom after shaping into a ball. Frost ball with cream cheese, sprinkle with parsley or nuts. It is best to make this the night before so seasonings can blend. |
