Layered Black Bean Dip

    Ingredients

    16 oz. can black beans, drained
    1/3 cup Ortega Mild, Medium or Hot Thick &
    Chunky salsa
    1  clove garlic, minced
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup tomatos, chopped
    2 Tbsp. scallions, chopped
    ripe olives, sliced - optional
    Wheat Thins Snack Crackers or tortilla chips

    Directions

    In blender or food processor, blend black beans,
    salsa and garlic just until combined (mixture will be
    chunky).  Spread bean mixture on large serving
    plate; top with sour cream, tomatoes, scallions
    and olives.
    Serve as a dip with Wheat Thins or tortilla chips.
