Guacamole III Ingredients 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and quartered 1 small yellow onion, quartered 2 tsp. chopped jalapeno peppers, drained 2 tsp. fresh lime or lemon juice 1 tsp. crushed garlic tortilla chips Directions In food processor fitted with metal blace, finely chop onion and jalapeno peppers. Add avocados and process until smooth. Add lime or lemon juice and garlic; process 5 seconds. Serve with tortilla chips. |
