    Guacamole

    Ingredients

    2 ripe avocados
    1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
    2 small tomatoes, diced
    2 small chili pappers, diced
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic powder
    Tabasco
    1/4 pint sour cream

    Directions

    Cut avocado in half & take out pit.  Spoon out &
    mash with a fork.  Mix onion, tomatos, peppers
    and vinegar with avocados; blend well.  Add salt,
    pepper, garlic powder and Tabasco to taste.  
    Bleand in sour cream.  Chill.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
