Hummus Dip Ingredients 1 garlic clove minced 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas rinsed & drained 1/4 cup tahini 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt pinch of smoked paprika extra-virgin olive oil Directions 1. Begin with garlic, place in food processor and pulse until finely chopped. 2. Add chickpeas, tahini,lemon juice and salt. Process until mixture forms a smooth paste. 3. Spoon the hummus into a deep dish, then sprinkle paprika on top and drizzle with olive oil.
