Shredded Cheese
3 oz. softened cream cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons dry white wine 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon chopped green onion 1 tablespoon diced pimiento 1/3 to 1/2 cup parsley or chopped walnuts or chopped pecans Dash hot pepper sauce Directions Bring cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and butter to room temperature. Add wine, onion, pimiento, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Beat till combined. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours. Shape mixture into a ball. Roll in parsley or nuts. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with crackers. |
