8 oz. softened cream cheese 1 oz. Roquefort cheese 8 oz. smoked cheese spread 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1 tablespoon finely chopped olives 2 tablespoon parsley 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Directions Mix cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, onion and olives. Form into 6-inch ball and chill overnight. Roll ball in parsley and walnuts. Serve with crackers. Must be made the day ahead. |
