Zucchini Chocolate Cake
1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup oil 1 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 1/2 flour 4 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves 2 cups zucchini, grated 1/2 cup chocolate chips Directions Cream together butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add vanilla and buttermilk. Mix and add flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, cloves, and zucchini. Put into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes. Frost if desired. |
