Strawberry Jello Cake
18 oz. white cake mix 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello 4 eggs 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed Frosting: 1 stick butter 1 lb. powdered sugar 1/2 cup strawberries, drained set juice aside Directions Mix together first five ingredients. Blend in strawberries. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. For frosting, mix all together and add enough of the strawberry juice for a spreading consisitency. |
