Starlight Cake
2 cups + 2 Tbsp. flour 1 1/2 cup sugar 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup shortening 1 cup milk 1 tsp. flavoring of your choice 3 eggs Directions Beat eggs with fork in 1 cup measureing cup. Fill cup with sour cream to make 1 cup. Add soda. Turn into medium-sized bowl and mix thoroughly. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well. Turn into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake till spingy to touch (30 minutes) at 350. Cool. Brush with powdered sugar. |
