Sour Cream Cake
2 eggs sour cream 1 tsp. soda 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour, beaping 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla Directions Beat egg with fork in 1 cup measuring cup till well blended. Fill cup with sour cream to make 1 cup. Add soda. Turn into medium-sized bowl and mix thoroughly. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well. Turn into greased 8 x 8-inch square pan. Bake till springy to touch (30 minutes) at 350. Cool. Brush with powdered sugar. |
