    Pound Cake

    Ingredients

    3 sticks butter
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    3 cups sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 cups cake flour, sifted
    dash of salt

    Directions

    Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light
    and fluffy.  Add salt and vanilla and beat well.  Add
    eggs one at a time.  Beat well after each addition.  
    Stir in flour.  Spoon mixture into greased 10 inch
    tube pan.
    Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
