Mocha Layer Cake

    Ingredients

    1 angle  food cake
    1/2 lb. marshmallows
    1/2 cup strong coffee
    1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    Toasted slivered almonds or coconut

    Directions

    Split cake to make 4 layers.  Melt marshmallows
    and coffee together; cool slightly.  Fold mixture
    into 1 cup whipped cream.  Spread between cake
    layers.  Sweeten remaining cream; cover entire
    cake.  Sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds or
    coconut.
    Makes 10 servings.
