Mississippi Mud Cake
1 cup butter 4 eggs 1 cup coconut 2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup nuts, chopped 13 oz. jar marshmallow Frosting: 1/2 cup butter 6 Tbsp. milk 1/3 cup cocoa 1 lb. powdered sugar Directions Cream together butter, eggs, coconut, and sugar. Add flour, cocoa, vanilla and nuts. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately spread one 13 oz. jar marshmallow creme over hot cake. Cool 20 minutes, then frost. |
