Mandarine Orange Cake
1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 small can mandarine oranges, chopped, drained Topping: 3 Tbsp.butter 3/4 cup brown sugar 3 Tbsp. milk Directions Mix together in a mixing bowl and beat 3 minutes. Pour 9 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. For the topping, melt butter and sugar together; mix with milk. Prick cake with fork and pour topping over while cake is warm. |
