    Lemonade Cake

    Ingredients

    lemon cake mix
    3 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding
    4 eggs
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup oil
    Glaze:
    6 oz. can lemonade concentrate
    2 cups powdered sugar

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients and beat 4 minutes at
    medium speed.  Pour into greased and floured
    Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes.
    While in pan, prick to bottom with cake tester or
    long fork and pour glaze over till absorbed.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
    Cool 15 minutes.  Remove from pan onto serving
    plate.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Great with whipped topping!
