Lemon Orange Cake
1 box lemon cake mix 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 1/2 cup salad oil 4 eggs 1/3 cup orange juice 2 Tbsp. melted butter 3 cups confectioner's sugar Directions Combine first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl; add 1 cup water. Blend, then beat for 4 minutes at medium speed. Turn into greased bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 40 minutes or until cake test done. Combine remaining ingredients for glaze. Punch holes in top of cake with fork while hot; pour glaze over top. Makes 20 servings. |
