Lemon Loaf Cake
1 cup butter 1 3/4 cup sugar 5 eggs 2 cups sifted cake flour 1 Tbsp. lemon extract Directions Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time, blending thoroughly after each addition. Add flour gradually. Add lemon extract. Pour into 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour. |
