Fruit Cocktail Cake
1 1/2 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soda 1 egg, well beaten 16 oz. can fruit cocktail, not drained Topping: 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup nuts Directions Mix all ingredients together. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cool with whipped topping. |
