Marshmallow Brownies

    Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 cup butterscotch chips
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup flour
    1 cup miniature marshmallows
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar together.  In a double boiler,
    melt and combine margarine, butterscotch chips
    and chocolate.  Cool.  Stir into egg mixture.  Add
    vanilla and flour.  Stir in marshmallows and nuts.
    Put in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.   
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.  
    Cool.
    Cut into squares.
    The marshmallows will rise to the top and melt,
    making a delicious topping.
