    Iced Brownies

    Ingredients

    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1 cup Crisco
    Pinch of salt
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup chopped nuts
    Icing:
    1 lb. powderd sugar
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    evaporated milk

    Directions

    Cream first 4 ingredients in bowl. Add remaining
    ingredients; mix well.  Pour into greased and
    floured 9-inch square baking pan.  
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.  

    For icing mix first 4 ingredients; add enough milk
    to bring to spreading consistency.  Spread over
    hot brownies.
    Cut into squares.
