Honeybear Brownies

    Ingredients

    1/3 cup oleo
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup honey or 1/4 cup white corn syrup
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup flour
    1/3 cup cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup nuts (optional)

    Directions

    Cream together oleo and sugar.  Blend in honey
    and vanilla.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well
    after each addition.  Gradually add flour, cocoa,
    and salt.  Stir in nuts.  Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan.
    Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
    Frost with chocolate frosting.
