    Cheesecake Topped Brownies

    Ingredients

    21 1/2 oz. fudge brownie mix
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Ready to spread chocolate frosting

    Directions

    Prepare brownie mix as package directs.  Spread
    into well greased 9 x 13-inch pan.  With mixer beat
    cheese, margarine, and corn starch until fluffy.  
    Gradually beat in sweetened milk, egg, and vanilla
    until smooth.  Pour evenly over brownie batter.
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until
    top is lightly browned.
    Cool.
    Spread with frosting.
    Store in refrigerator.
