Butterscotch Brownies

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Directions

    Melt butter in saucepan.  Stir brown sugar into
    butter.  Stir until dissoved.  Beat in eggs, vanilla,
    flour, baking powder, salt, and chopped nuts.  
    Bake in greased and floured pan at 350 for 30
    minutes.
