METRIC Conversion Units
Ingredients -

   2 pounds top round flank or sirloin
    steak
   1/2 cup soy sauce
   5 tablespoons brown sugar
   1/2 clove garlic
   1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
   1 table spoon vegetable oil
   skewers

Directions:

1.
Slice beef into 1 1/2 inch squares
about 1/8 inch thick.

2. Blend remaining ingredients.

3. Marinate meat squares in sauce for
20 minutes.

4. Skewer meat on bamboo sticks, then
broil quickly over charcoal, grill, or oven
broiler.
(a hibachi is great for tailgating and
these are perfect for a people at a party)

Serve warm!
